2023 Fairchain special session

The FAIRCHAIN project, coordinated by Geneviève Gésan-Guiziou, STLO Institut Agro - INRAE Rennes, Fr, organized a special session at the 36th #EFFoST International Conference 2022 in Dublin, Ireland on Innovations for food producers and food SMEs: How to encourage putting innovations into practice. A nice opportunity to share the main FAIRCHAIN results obtained so far!

The FAIRCHAIN project chaired a special session dedicated to innovation for small and medium food producers and enterprises at the 36 edition of the  EFFoST International Conference. The presentations focused on technical and technological innovations specifically geared at SMEs developed and demonstrated by different EU-funded projects (FAIRCHAIN, FOODRUS, PLOUTOS, CO-FRESH, LOWINFOOD)  as well as deployment challenges and supporting factors. The session took place on 9 November 2022 from 11h05 to 12h50 GMT.
